SHIPPING

We will always dispatch orders as soon as possible.

Domestic Shipping (Israel):
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 2 days of order via Israel Post mail. Customer will be sent a tracking number. 

International Shipping:
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 2 days of order via Israel Post International mail. Customer will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once item is shipped. Should an upgrade in shipping be desire, please email  

  with “shipping” in the subject line. Please be sure to include your order number in the body of the email.

 

Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item that you purchased on the site, please contact us at mayaya.kids@gmail.com and we will help you through our return process.

For USA customers, we have a return address in the USA.

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, no tags removed. We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracking service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.

Once the goods are received and processed, you will receive a refund for the returned items.

Please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.

All the sale section items 30% & UP are non-returnable.

COSTS OF RETURNS

Mayaya is not responsible for shipping costs that may occur regarding the return of a product. Mayaya will make reasonable efforts to refund for returned products (subject to the conditions detailed above) as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest after receiving the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card that was used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by Mayaya.

Mayaya quality guarantee

If any delivered products were received damaged or have manufacturing faults, please contact us immediately at: mayaya.kids@gmail.com please state the nature of the problem and (if possible) attach a photo of the faulty item.
Claims for refunds have to be made within 14 days after receiving the order and subject to the return policy detailed above, otherwise such claim is permanently barred. We highly suggest that you keep your email with purchase confirmation.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mayayakids.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
all the sale section items (25% off & up ) are non returnable.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@mayayakids.com and send your item to: 23/2 Arlozorov st, Herzeliya,  4642712, Israel.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 23/2 Arlozorov st., Herzeliya, 4642712, Israel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
